the public writing granted by the notario from Ceuta, D. Juan Valverde Lergo
with protocol nº 863 of society, and registered in the Mercantile Registry
of Ceuta, volume 20, book 13, paper 11 , page 135, first inscription.
This society adapted its statutes during 1992, to the new mercantile legislation,
by means of public writing granted before notary D. Jose Galician Macías,
