Company linked to the Group Oscar the International, S.A.. Constituted in Ceuta, in the year 1999, but it operates 1993. The social objective is the house,garages, and commercial premises promotion, as well as, the renting of these.

  History and future of the promotions

-1994 Construction of the PLAZA DE LOS REYES building, with 45 houses, at the very center of the city, in front of the Government Delegation and of the gardens of the Plaza de los Reyes.

-1996 ARCANO Building, located at the end of the calle Real, building of 30 houses, with gardened zones and swimming pool.

-2000 building under Construction in Simoa street, 10, perpendicular to the Arabic baths, singular Building with 11 houses and inner gardens.

-2002 Next construction of a 21 house Building in the Paseo de las Palmeras, 28, designed after a study of the zone, standing out the most characteristic details of the best local architecture, obtaining the most shining harmony of lines and the discreet balance that its surroundings keep.

-2003 Next construction of a 25 house building in the PAseo del Revellín 2 and 4, right at the zero zone of the city, next to the Plaza of the Constitución, in front of the simbolic building of the Centro de Hijos de Ceuta, actually known as the Campanero.
